If you are among the millions who suffer from back pain every day, here is a potential remedy for you. This is going to give you hope. Well, here’s a little background to this:
I suffer from plantar fasciitis for many years now. It has been so bad that I endured cortisone injections in the bottom of my foot a whole six times! Of course, each time I was hopeful that this would be the cure to my most painful episodes. Needless to say that, at this point, nothing I tried helped with the pain.
Fast forward about 4 to 5 years and here I was, looking at a pack of drug-free, deep freeze pain relief patch that I had got as part of my goody bag at the recently held blogging conference I had attended.
I had intended to try somehow to use the patch on my foot but, as usual, life got in the way and I forgot all about the patch. I only remembered about it one morning when I woke up with some serious pain in the region of my neck down to just above the middle of my back. It was painful but for a day or two, I ignored it, thinking that I must have slept badly on the pillow and that things would correct themselves.
When the pain didn’t ease two days later, I reached for my pain relief patch and asked my sister to place it on for me. It had a real numbing effect that was soothing. I experienced a problem, however: when the patch was placed on my back, I could feel it slipping down. I had to discreetly position it under the closures on my bra so it would stay in place.
It was only when I acquired a few more of the deep freeze pain relief products that I spent some time to read up all the information on the pack and discovered that there was actually an adhesive backing on the patch to allow it to stick to the skin. Duh!
Here is what else I found out about the products:
- It is a very popular range for pain relief
- It is particularly useful for treating muscular back pain in pregnancy
- The cold relief that is felt can last for up to 12 hours
- It has a really pleasant minty smell
- You can find it in a patch, a gel, and a hands-free rub on gel
I am so pleased to report that my back pain left in three days, thanks to the numbing, soothing and cooling effect of the patch. I would highly recommend the use of these products as a drug-free source of pain relief.
I am hopeful that one day a cure will be found for plantar fasciitis. Until then, I will be content with using the deep freeze hands-on or hands-free gel. My research has shown that the product has a four-star rating on Amazon, so I am hopeful.
If you are suffering from any type of pain, it is worth giving these drug-free products a try. Go on, in my opinion, it’s worth it.
Do you suffer from any pain in your back, feet, legs, or other muscular areas? What is your go-to for pain relief?
These thoughts are my own and should not be taken as medical advice. Do some research to check out the options that are available to you based on the symptoms you have.
Awesome! I always get a backache from bad posture at my desk. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor but these are great for in-between appointments.
Omg, ty! This post was is so perfect and right on time!
