Count with Peppa is a fun, educational toy which allows kids to play and learn at the same time. The toy is a bright and cheerful pink which simulates Peppa Pig really well. The recommended age for the toy is 3 years. We got the toy for our 2 1/2 year old and she managed quite well with it. In fact, she was restricted somewhat because the game comes with 10 ‘coins’. Because she is quite advanced and able to count up to twenty, she started to search for other items that she could drop in so that she could continue to count after the 10 coins were all in.
She thoroughly enjoys the toy and in no time knew the songs and jingles that played along whilst she used the toy. I am glad that I gave her the toy now rather than waiting for Christmas. Already she can count to 20 so I did not want to restrict her learning. The songs and jingles are very catchy and help to put kids in the mood to sing and dance whilst they learn.

We all know that some children, particularly toddlers like to put things in their mouth which could present a choking hazard. I was a bit worried about that with the Count with Peppa toy and was pleasantly relieved to find that the coins are large and so do not pose this risk. The toy is colourful and sturdy! That’s quite useful as kids are sometimes not as careful with their belongings as we would wish them to be.
So overall, the toy very good. It is suitable for 2 to 4-year-olds. We would hope that the toy had more songs and jingles and that it included more coins. But for the fun and educational factor, we rate the Count with Peppa Toy as 4/5 as a fun way to reinforce their learning.
